Composite Strapping

We now stock a full range of composite strapping from 13mm up to 32mm.
The composite corded strapping system, commonly known as CC, is a stiff polypropylene strip encasing a number of high tenacity polyester cords . The width of the strip and number of cords used there-in determines the break strength of the strapping. With this type of strapping a formed wire buckle is used to complete the system.
Composite strapping is a hand strapping system which because of its stiffness and abrasion resistance properties is favoured as an excellent safe alternative to steel banding. Best used for rugged loads such as stone, concrete, metal and forestry products.
